TEMPORARY CHANGES TO OPERATIONS & DELAYS MARCH - APRIL 2025
We want to keep you informed about some upcoming temporary changes to our operations as we undergo essential system updates, new equipment installations, inventory management, and housekeeping improvements. Our goal is to enhance efficiency as we grow and continue providing you with the best possible products and services.
Here’s what to expect:
• March 11th – March 16: Partial Operations – Open most days with limited operational capacity.
• March 17 – March 25: Full Closure – All systems down, no processing or shipping.
• March 26 – April 13: Soft Reopening – Limited operations, gradual ramp-up.
• April 14: Full Operations Resume – Back to normal production, shipping and communications.
What To Expect With Order Processing During This Time:
We will continue accepting orders on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to larger private label orders, followed by standard orders, and lastly, sample requests (as outlined in our Hours of Operation page). However, please note that orders placed during the partial operations, full closure, soft reopening phases will experience delays due to our adjusted schedule. This includes emails, processing orders and shipping.
By placing an order during this period, you will be required upon checkout to acknowledge and agree to these temporary delays and understand that orders placed during this time will be delayed. You will be required to acknowledge this temporary slowdown due to limited operations to place an order during this time.
